Cleanse
Do you have a ton of duplicates in your existing system or spreadsheet?  Do you purchase lists regularly and have trouble comparing it to your existing database of names?  Do you tend to send prospect communications to your existing clients?  This happens to many companies, but it doesn’t have to keep happening to yours. 

A description of cleansing services includes:

• Parse out data into separate fields
• Create consistency across fields of data – Title caps vs. all caps vs. lowercase
• Fill in missing city, state or zip code data
• Dedupe data using multiple match criteria

 

Combine
Tired of having to sift through several lists to create a mailing list each time you send a new marketing piece out?  Would you like to have these lists combined and cleansed once and for all?

Combine services include:

• Combining multiple lists into one
• Comparing internal lists against purchased/marketing lists
• Cross-referencing data across multiple lists

Conserve

As you continue to use your data – add new records, remove information, update, etc. – data issues are sure to come about.  Duplicates may appear if you have multiple people entering information; inconsistencies will occur in certain fields or whole records; and records will be incomplete.

Reviewing documentation from your database provider is hardly a fun activity.  It's also time-consuming.  If you would like some assistance in going through the many change documents your provider sends you throughout the year, and then deciphering those changes for each of your user groups, let us help.

DB Pros is here to help you with:

• Deciphering the specific changes about to occur to your system based on the changes the vendor has made

• Document in summary form all of the changes that affect your users directly
• Provide this documentation to you prior to the changes taking place so you can distribute to your end users in a timely manner
